Reserving PointsDo not try to use reserved points unless you fully understand how the system works first!! Note: Throughout this page 'city' refers to the 4 main cities(Bastok, Windurst, San d'Oria, and Jeuno) as well as the 3 starting dreamland dynamis zones(Valkrum, Buburimu, qufim). 'Northland' refers to the 2 main northland dynamis zones(Beaucedine and Xarcabard), as well as Tavnazia. This is an option for people who want to save their points for northlands, but still want to come to others, even though they already have more then enough points for their northland AF. To save up 30+ on one peice of AF without even the chance to spend them seems kinda mean.. So! This is an option to Reserve points instead, and spend excess points elsewhere~! Regular Points: This is what everyone starts with. You gain 1 point for every dynamis you go to, until you spend them on AF. Then they return to 0 and you start accumulating points again the next run. City Points: These are the points you start accumulating after you've reserved your points for NL. They are accumulated anywhere, but spent only in cities. Once they are spent, your city points return to 0, but your reserved NL points remain the same. Northland Points: These are the points you are reserving for NL AF onry! You can still accumulate these points anywhere, but they are spent only in NL. Once they are spent, your NL points returned to 0, and your city points remain the same. Note: NL points = NL points. They DO NOT = NL+City points. You can not convert city points to northland points or vice versa at any time for any reason. Once they are split they can not be unsplit, unless both city and NL points return to 0. If you wish to reserve points, you must put it clearly in your /seacom that you are, or I'll never know! The first dynamis that you reserve points, you start by puting the +1 from that run into city points. Then, every dynamis after, you must specify whether you want to +1 City points or NL. Note: You can NOT bid in cities without at least 0+1 city points. If you don't have at least 0+1, its like getting AF for free and that's just not fair. Same goes for NL points. Sample /seacoms
!!WARNING!!Once you've reserved your points it's posible someone else of your job can save up more points then you! Reserved points was made to make it worth it to help out with cities, not so you can screw yourself over, so be careful please!! If someone reserves they're points at 20, and saves up 6 city points, someone with 21 regular points will still beat them for NL AF!! If you don't want someone catching up to you, make sure you put that you want your +1 added to your NL points if you need them! |
